For Your First Visit
Arrive 20 minutes early to fill out forms and get settled.
Allow 1-1/2 hours for your initial consultation and treatment. 

 
For Your First Visit and Follow-up Appointments
Allow 1 hour for follow-up treatments.                                                                                    Always eat something at least three hours prior to your appointment.
Wear loose clothing. We also provide gowns for your comfort.
Expect to become deeply relaxed and/or fall asleep during the treatment.
Avoid heavy physical exercise 2 hours after your acupuncture treatment.
Try to allow yourself some time to relax after your treatment. 

 
Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time of treatment. We will provide you with a Statement which you can submit to your health insurance carrier for re-imbursement of your treatment costs if, and to the extent, such costs are reimbursable under the terms of your insurance policy. 
 

Cancellation
We ask you to provide us 24 hours notice of appointment changes or cancellation. Charges for your missed appointment may otherwise incur. This is a courtesy to other patients who may then be able to schedule in your absence.
